Baked By Esther – Africa at Spitalfields

Going public with Baked by Esther! This event was hosted at the Spitalfields market at the “Africa at Spitalfields” event just to get the brand going.

I combined some African inspired flavours for the event and on the day our best sellers were the ‘Planoffee’ cupcakes (Plantain & Toffee) and the ‘Ginger Me’ cupcakes (Ginger & mango).
